Q: When and where is the Music City Yoga Festival?
The 2020 Music City Yoga Festival is at Rocketown on February 15, 2020.
Q: Do I have to have a ticket to attend the Music City Yoga Festival?
Yes, every attendee needs a ticket to get into the event. Every ticket holder receives a wristband before entering the event space.
Q: Is the event kid-friendly?
Yes, the event is kid-friendly.
Q: Can I bring a bag or other personal items to the event?
Yes, you may bring a bag or personal items. If the bag is larger than the size of a personal purse, you may be asked to check your bag at the door. This is a free service, and you will have access to the bag or personal item at any time throughout the day.
Q: Can I bring outside food/drink?
You may bring outside food or drink to the event, and we will have a snack table for all event attendees. Additionally, attendees can enjoy the local food trucks and vendors on-site. No outside alcohol or illegal substances are permitted.
Q: Can I come and go as I please throughout the day?
With the wristband you receive at registration, you may come and go as you please throughout the day.
Q: How do you select your teachers?
Our Music City Yoga Festival teachers are making a difference in the community either locally or nationally. We chose teachers that are dedicated to improving their community through yoga or other means. Additionally, we feature Small World Yoga teachers and their work in the Middle Tennessee community.

You can get involved with the Music City Yoga Festival or Small World Yoga by contacting us at musiccityyogafestival@gmail.com. We have opportunities for volunteers, vendors, and sponsors.

Q: What does the Music City Yoga Festival support?
All proceeds from the event support Small World Yoga, a Nashville nonprofit inspiring growth, connection, and possibility through yoga across Middle Tennessee. Serving an average of 2,000 students per month, Small World Yoga has over 140 certified teachers helping to increase access to the physical and mental benefits of yoga. Classes are offered in more than 100 outreach locations throughout Music City, including Room in the Inn, the Davidson County Correctional Facility and The Next Door.
